in the neighborly tradition begun in 1962, while handling our clients
needs today in a prompt and professional manner in order to suit your
particular needs.
Regular home maintenance is
essential to preserve the value of any home. However, you may not
have enough spare time or in-depth expertise required to address
certain issues as they arise. Our goal is to look after your home
as though it were our own.
Our clients are entitled to a
prompt courteous response to any request, as well as an accurate
estimate for any proposed project.

Our licensed and insured professionals are available
to handle many projects for you. We can arrange for work to be done on
a Time & Material basis, or, according to the Contract Price that
you approve for tasks such as:
- Power Washing: House, decks, patios
- Painting: Interior and exterior
- Clean-up: Yard, garage, storage area
- Repair/Maintain:
Address storm damage or normal wear & tear that can involve
carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and flooring issues
- Added Value Systems: Back-up generator, dry crawlspace plan, storm defense preparation
- Addition/Remodel Projects: Porch enclosure, bathroom update, complete that master suite
- House Tune-Up: Four hours of skilled manpower to address small items and diagnose any larger issues that may need attention
